Complete well-functioning CNC plate roller for rolling thin material up to 0.5 mm plate (250 N/mm2). Especially suitable for rolling aluminum plate. Previously applied for rolling lampshades. Machine description Luna: "The 8835 is a roll bending machine for the production of small radius slats and reflectors to meet the requirements of the latest small diameter light tubes. The machine is designed with three independent bottom rolls to minimize production time. All rollers run in adjustable support bearings to allow easy roller adjustment for materials of different hardness and thickness. Deflection of the top roller is corrected by means of a crossbar, which tilts to make room for the bent part. All rollers are hardened and chrome-plated with polished surfaces to prevent marking.
