Hydraulic Tapping Arm / Tapping Machine Acrobat HUK-2000 RH (M5 - M24)

Acrobat's hydraulic tapping machines, the HUK series, offer a wide working volume for all kinds of applications Thanks to the parallel arm construction with a radius of 2050 mm, products can of course be tapped on the table, but also products that are too large or too heavy for the table can still be reached excellently. The HUK models have an adjustment feature with which the required displacement force of the acrobatic arm can be set. The tapping machines are all equipped with a rotating head that allows vertical and horizontal tapping with this machine. Due to the safety step holders that can be used with the HUK 2000 RH hydraulic tapping machine, tapping can be done with a lower risk of breaking the tap and maximum efficiency can be achieved in minimum time with the speed of this machine. For proper application, the M5-M24 version is equipped with a 2-step area for speed. Thanks to this dual-stage drive, when tapping work from M5-M12, one can choose to work in the first step at a speed of 0-600 rpm and, when working from M14-M24, switch to the second step at a speed of 0-150 rpm and an associated higher torque. This version therefore offers both possibilities, tapping small holes at high speed and the larger holes with high torque. Note: Machine comes standard without tap holders and without oil filling!!!
