Hydraulic press designed for various pressing and straightening work. The PCR press is made as a C-Frame and thus has great accessibility from the front , which facilitates the insertion and positioning of workpieces. The stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is 500 mm and the press is equipped with a free cylinder rod and a milled working surface for straightening work. Available in tonnages from 40 tons to 300 tons. In the basic version, the cylinder is operated by simultaneous use of a lever on the control unit and a button placed on the frame. On request, it is possible to order the PCR hydraulic press with a semi-automatic function, where sensors are mounted that control the rise and fall of the hydraulic cylinder, stopping the stroke automatically at predetermined heights.
