PSL series: Multifunctional hydraulic press for bending, forming and straightening

Universal multipurpose hydraulic press for mechanical workshops that allows you to perform up to 3 different processes in the complete version. BASIC MODEL The basic model of the PSL hydraulic press allows you to perform punching operations and straighten sheet metal. In this version, the press consists of a top and bottom plate with T-shaped grooves and a punch for aligning products. COMPLETE MODEL The complete model of the hydraulic press includes the addition of a support and edge knife for performing bending operations, a multi V-profile and sheet metal supports at the front. Thus, with the complete model it is possible to perform 3 different operations: punching, straightening and bending sheet metal. The PSL electro-hydraulic press comes in 70-ton, 100-ton and 150-ton models and is available with both semi-automatic and automatic operation. Semi-automatic operation This system involves the simultaneous use of the operating lever and push-button and is equipped with sensors for setting the stroke on the rod that control the rise and fall of the cylinder. Automatic operation The PSL universal hydraulic press in the automatic version can be operated by simultaneous use of the dual buttons for approach speeds up to 29 mm/sec or with the pedal for cylinder approach speeds within 10 mm/sec. Both the pushbutton and pedals are supplied as standard in this version. Also in this case, it is equipped with cylinder limit switches and provides automatic raising of the work surface. The automatic model also includes installation of the Siemens PLC and Rexroth solenoid valves.
