KBV The practical hand bending machine. The compact and mobile construction of the Jutec KBV pipe bending machine enables precise and repeatable bending in the vice. The device is hand-operated by means of a long detachable lever. A lockable stop enables repeatable bending. Interchanging various tools is very easy. The "fixed tube and rotating tool" principle makes it possible to perform bends with a small radius. For thin-walled tubes, slides can be used to prevent wrinkling of the tube. This can be used, for example, for stainless steel and copper tube with the smallest possible deformations. The KBV bender can thus be placed in the vice and operated by hand, but it is also possible to place the bender on the Jutec 3000 and 6000 so that the bender is driven by the bending axis of these systems. The bender is available in 2 options: KBV : Basic bender without tools that can be placed on the benders Jutec 3000/6000S/6000D KBVS : Complete set for manual bending in a case with tools for bending tube 8 / 10 / 12 mm on a counter roll of 6-12 mm.
