With this device it is possible to braze with CuSi3, the copper silicon alloy has a lower melting temperature as steel so there is less temperature in the material to be brazed and less chance of deformation of (thin) plates. It is also possible to solder different materials together (e.g. aluminum to steel). Also, the welding torch is equipped with the latest torch-control technology, making it very easy to adjust the welding unit remotely and even while welding. The modern IGBT inverter technology ensures that the ML200HG delivers durable performance with more power and a very high duty cycle. Also, the ML200HG is equipped as standard with thermal safety which, in combination with a built-in fan, prevents overheating and ensures high-quality welding performance for a long time. The Soldatech inverter has a very comprehensive database that allows the storage of 5 different programs of welding settings. This makes it easy to manage the ideal settings. With the hot-start/anti-stick function, the welding current is quickly increased so that when ARC welding, the electrode does not stick to the workpiece.
